On-site parking facilities are provided for employees on most sites. Our Rydalmere site has free parking available on-site as well as a bus stop directly outside our front gates, and is a short walk from Rydalmere Station.

Further education at a TAFE or University is also encouraged by Hunter Douglas. After 12 months of employment at Hunter Douglas, an employee may apply for study assistance.

Social Club

The Rydalmere & Yatala sites have active and subsidised Social Clubs which offer an opportunity for all employees to develop good relationships with their fellow work mates by social interaction in a fun environment. Regular functions organised by the Social Club usually include a monthly barbecue or themed lunch, a mid-year and end-of-year Christmas function at an upmarket venue with all food, drinks and entertainment provided, and a children’s Christmas picnic.
